For this 12-week long project, I decided to create the ultimate dinner party planner which also doubles as a game; The Dinner Decks. This is a series of card decks correlating to a course like Entree, Main and Dessert. Inside each card box are 16 recipes all with a unique design and the recipe on the reverse. The fourth box is a blank deck, allowing users to make this product their own and fill in their favourite recipes. This project was a real investment of time, money and dedication from creating the branding, the 48 cards, the boxes, stickers, packaging, a card stand and even embroidered napkins. Some notable features are the upside-down method on the cards which allows the user to turn the card after they have gathered their ingredients so none of the card is covered when it is sitting in its stand. This piece was included in my cohorts one-night only EYE (End of Year Exhibition) in 2024.
